  2. Always be on time, if you are going to be more than 2 minutes late you will call the customer and let them know when you will be there.

  4. Show up dressed clean and professionally.
  5. To only hire legal U.S. Citizens.
  6. Use only the highest quality supplies and materials.
  7. Always be courteous and polite to our customers.
  8. Answer your phone and if you can’t get to the phone, call us back within a couple of hours.
  9. Respect our customers, their family and their home.
  10. Stay current with all the best products, systems and training available.
  11. Maintain a safe work environment.
  12. Be licensed and bonded.
  13. Never use any illegal drugs or alcohol when you are working with our customers.
  14. Not smoke on the customers property.
  15. Complete all work in a timely manner.
  16. Keep your word with the company and the customers at all times. If you need to make a new agreement, you do so before breaking your word.
